Please put in work orders for bug and pest concerns. Most typical are for ants which are normally treated be placing an ant bait/trap designed so that the ants take the pesticide back to their nest to eliminate the colony. It will be normal to continue to see ants for an additional amount of time while the bait/trap does its job.
We do hire a pest control company to treat regularly, but if a problem occurs outside of the regular treatment schedule, we will take care of it.
